Sky Divers Over Richmond

One of the feature attractions at this year's A. and P. show at Richmond was the sky diving by members of the Nelson Parachute Club. The divers made two drops over the showgrounds, the second of which, from 6000 feet, was so nicely judged that both divers landed within a few yards of each other in the centre of the ring. Those taking part were Billy Mitchell, Pete Williamson, Terry Delany and Paddy McMahon (Above). The pic Above and that Below were taken by one of the group. The pic Below was taken as the photographer was free-falling from 7000 feet.
