"Mrs N.Z." Contest at Richmond

Eight aspiring "Mrs New Zealands" from the Waimea district paraded in front of the judges when the Waimea section of the contest was held in the Richmond Town Hall earlier this month.

The winner of this section goes on to the regional final to be held on June 23.

Winner of the Waimea section was Diane Higgins, of Brightwater (LEFT). Brightwater also produced the runner-up, Margaret Newth (BELOW).
