New arrival at Richmond is Gael Erskine, of Runanga. Gael has taken over the Salon Marie in Richmond. A keen darts player, too.

More West Coasters, and also from Runanga, are Margaret and Jim McSorley, They are the new owners of the Marlowe Street Store. The family comprises Jo-Anne, Aaron and Wayne.

The spirit of adventure is strong in Gavin Thompson and Michael Archer. They left recently for Australia, with hopes of taking in New Guinea before travelling further afield. Gavin was on the staff of the Department of Agriculture, and lived at Richmond, and Michael "Archie" worked at Golden Downs.
