Drama Contest At Girls' College
Acting of an extremely high standard made the task of the Judges a very difficult one when the annual inter-house drama contest at Nelson College for Girls was held at the end of the term. The winning play was the evergreen comedy "The Importance of Being Ernest". Premier acting award went to Annette Hoad for her part as Cecily Cardew in this play. The TOP four pix are from "The Importance of Being Ernest", and the Bottom three from "The Taming of the Shrew".
