Age Group Swimming

The age group swimming tournament has not only become an annual swimming fixture, but one of the biggest meetings of the summer. Last month more than 300 children competed in heats at the Nelson Municipal Pool, and almost the whole of the afternoon was taken up with running off the finals. But for the excellent organisation of the event, this meeting could have been a shambles. It was a tremendous success.
