Curnow-Arnold. At St. David's Presbyterian Church, Richmond, Elsie Sylvia, daughter of Mr and Mrs R. R. Arnold, 9 Main Road, Hope, to Alan Lewis, son of Mr and Mrs L. L. Martin-Cronin. Photographed outside St. Barnabas's Church, Stoke, with their parents, are Jennifer Joy, daughter of Mr and Mrs A. G. Cronin, 398 Main Road, Stoke, who wed Ross Howard, son of Mr and Mrs A. J. Martin, Auckland. Attendants were Kit Wernham, Auckland, best man, Cathy Watt, Alexandra, chief maid, Shona Begg, Christchurch, and Mike Cronin, Nelson, brother of the bride. They will live at Auckland. Bateup-Agnew. Golden Downs is to be the new home of Christine Fay, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs F. J. Agnew, Kaniere, Hokitika, who married Garth Frank, second son of Mrs and the late Mr W. Bateup, 149 Tipahi Street, Nelson, at All Saints' Church, Hokitika, recently. Their attendants were Lindsay Skinner, Stoke, best man, Nancy Agnew, Kaniere, sister of the bride, chief maid, Norman Goulding, Levin, Shona McLean, Tahunanui, Robin Palmer, Stoke, and Gail Stuart, Hokitika, cousin of the bride.
