Regional Scout Conference

About 100 leaders of Scout groups and Cub packs from Buller, Nelson, Waimea and Marlborough confered in Nelson earlier this month. Present at the meeting was Wing Commander S.O.Field, Chief Executive Commissioner, who presented to Mrs E.T.Cannington, Cub Master of the Cathedral Croup, the Scout Medal of Merit. Mrs Cannington has been in the Boy Scout movement for 28 years.
