Primary Schools' Music Festival

Hundreds of children from primary schools in central Nelson provided a musical treat for hundreds of mums and dads, relatives, and many others interested in school music, when the annual festival for this group of schools was held in the Nelson College Assembly Hall last month. The items were all of a particularly high class, undoubtedly reflecting the many hours of work put in to them by pupils and teachers.
