Nope, this is not an original Gainsborough. It's a local lass, Cushla McNabb, dressed in one of the very old dresses auctioned at the Richardson Street home of the late Miss Ralphine Richardson, and framed in a big gilt frame, also auctioned. We suppose it could be called a "Photo News" original.
