Comings and Goings
The Richmond and District Highland Pipe Band lost an enthusiastic member with the transfer to Tauranga of Noel Frater, the band's Pipe Major since it was formed in 1967. Noel, who is with the State Insurance, should be an asset to the Tauranga pipe band scene.
