Mr Keith Tunnicliff, of Richmond, is wellknown to all passengers on the Suburban Bus Company's buses. Keith, who has been driving buses for 27 years, and 21 of them for the Suburban Company, retired recently.

A blow to the Y.M.C.A. in Nelson is the resignation of its Nelson director, Mr Jack Hanna, seen here instructing Suzanne Perriam at the Nelson gym. Jack has been secretary and physical director of the association in Nelson for the last 15 years, and the organisation has blossomed under his supervision. He and his family leave Nelson early next month for the North Island.

Congratulations to Aileen Clements, of 24 Weka Street, who was awarded the B.E.M. in the Queen's Birthday Honours List. Mrs Clements received her award for services to the community, and all who know her will appreciate how deserving she was of this award. She has spent a lifetime serving others less fortunate.
