Our Cover

Broadgreen, with its thousands of roses, has been one of Nelson's greatest tourist draws this summer. We took this picture of the magnificent gardens and the restored cob home of Broadgreen in the background towards the end of last year when the roses were at their best.

Our back cover features another great attraction for Nelsonians and visitors alike, Black Hole, on the Maitai River. Several deep pools allow the swimmer the opportunity to actually swim and dive, and the shallows are ideal for the wee tots.
