"Mrs East Coast" Contest

The quest for "Mrs East Coast 1962" is now well under way, with each of the eight finalists being personally interviewed on Women's Hour by Station 2XG Gisborne.

When the winner is announced on July 23rd, she will travel to Wellington, where she will compete against other district winners for the title of "Mrs New Zealand 1962".

On the following two pages we reproduce pictures, taken by Mayfair Studios, of the eight district finalists for the East Coast.
