The young lady who won second place in the recent "Miss Personality" contest. Miss Jane Heath, graces our front cover this issue, Jane, who came out from England two or three years ago, has that flawless English complexion so famous round the world. Since our picture was taken, she has given marriage vows, and her wedding picture appears elsewhere in this issue.
