The young lady who was judged the winner of the Gisborne Miss Personality Contest is the subject of our colour cover this month. She is the 20-year-old Gisborne schoolteacher, Rosalie Scandrett, of Stanley Road, here photographed at the Kaiti Hill lookout against a Gisborne city background.
