Roving Camera

Shetland Ponies Bred Locally

Out at Acton Stud Farm at Hexton, the family of pedigree Shetland ponies belonging to Mr G. Single was increased recently when Rose of Beach Hill gave birth to a healthy youngster, a filly foal by Fenwick Star Atom (Imp.).

Car Club Gymkhana

A popular gymkhana was held by the Gisborne Car Club at Riverside Road recently. In the small picture, Gordon Fraser is seen competing in the potato race, with Mick Sheridan at the wheel. The larger picture gives a general view as the gymkhana concluded.
