Keeping Fit

Swimming is a wonderful exercise, but unless you are one of those keen types who join Polar Bear Clubs, it is strictly for the summer. To keep those swimming muscles in good trim, members of the Gisborne Club meet every week to undertake a course of calisthenics (exercises to you) designed just for that purpose....to keep swimmers in good trim for when they take to the water again.
