Enagaged

The engagement is announced between Eve Rosanne, the eldest daughter of Mrs E. A. Newman, and the late Mr L. M. Newman, Waimata Valley, Gisborne, and Timothy, son of Mr and Mrs D. W. Gray, "Gunyah", Hororata, Canterbury.

We'Re In The Dog-House...

Although here at "Photo News" we get a full share of compliments on the lack of errors in the magazine, it seems we made one or two "blues" last month.

The lovely Chinchilla cat above, for instance, wasn't Kontiki Moby Dick, as listed, but Princess Mali, bred by Mrs L. I. Slator, South Pacific Kennels, Tauranga. Our apology to Mrs Slator.

Elsewhere it was stated that the Hodgson-Wilson wedding was held in the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Christchurch. Not true. It was the St. Albans Methodist Church.

Cameras Are Temperamental...

Due to the unfortunate failure of a camera in operation, we have to extend apologies and regrets for the non-appearance of the following items photographed this month:

* High School girls at Health Camp.

* Pioneer house in Aberdeen Road.

* Spotting Competition presentations.

* Youth Dance at Army Hall.

* 2XG interview with Mr David Gould.

* Farewell party at Roseland Hotel.
