Shield Winners

Gisborne has, at present, a fine bunch of road racing cyclists who should compare favourably with riders from any other club in the country. One proof of their superiority was demonstrated in the Hawkes Bay-Poverty Bay series for the Hope Gibbons Shield, which trophy the Gisborne boys brought home with them in the face of stiff opposition.
