Dever--Unwin, At St. Paul's Anglican Church, Wairoa, Jeanette, youngest daughter of Mrs A. H. H. Unwin, Frasertown, and the late Mr Unwin, to Graham Kenneth, youngest son of Mrs A. T. Dever, of King St., Wairoa, and the late Mr Dever. The attendants from left were Warick Steggall, Gisborne, Mrs Noreen McErlich, Wairoa (matron of honour), Graham Cook, Opouiti, and Merrian Wilson, of Frasertown, niece of the bride. The future home of the happy couple will be "Waineka", Putere.

Penehia--Mackey. At the Mangatu Church, Kataraina, daughter of Mr and Mrs W. P. Mackey, 529 Gladstone Road, to Dan, son of Mr and Mrs S. Penehia, Whatatutu. The bridesmaids were Eva and Mate Mackey, sisters of the bride, Whitia and Maude Penehia, sisters of the groom, and Charlotte Pohatu. The flowergirl was Cindy Penehia, sister of the groom, and the pageboy was William Charles, nephew of the bride. The groom was attended by his brother Sam, and William and Hamana Mackey, brothers of the bride. Future home......Gisborne.

Elliot-Pavarno. At All Saints Church, Tokomaru Bay, Glenice Hazel, only daughter of Mr and Mrs C. Pavarno, Tokomaru Bay, to Victor Edward, son of the late Mr and Mrs E. Elliot, Kent, England. Gail Smith, Auckland was the bridesmaid, and Tom Edge, Tokomaru Bay was the best man. The future home of the couple will be Auckland.
