Mr J. W. Riley, Winter Street, and his son, Captain W. P. Riley, of the N.Z. Regular Force. Captain Riley left early this month for an 18 months course at an overseas staff college. He was educated at Gisborne High School and selected for a course at Duntroon Military College in Australia in 1947.
