Balladeer at the Health Camp

A very obliging and personable young man is William Clausen, who recently visited Gisborne and entertained a packed theatre at the Opera House. When approached, he readily agreed to visit the Health Camp and entertain the children....and did they enjoy it. Especially when Mr Clausen sang them a song they knew, about an old woman who swallowed a spider. His inimitable brand of singing made just as big a hit with the Health Camp children as it did at his Opera House concert.
