Soccer Stars

Eastern Union continues to attract to its ranks a succession of star players from the British Isles.

Latest to arrive are Bert Ormond, one of the wellknown trio of brothers of Scottish fame, and Ian Miller, of Spennymoor, in the north-east of England. Both are relatively diminutive players... Bert is 5ft 6½ in, and Ian 5ft 6in, but they were not long on the local field before it was clear that Eastern Union had got itself a couple of fine football exponents.
