Actually final plans for the buildings have yet to be approved. The tentative plans called for five-storey buildings in each case, but these plans were dependent on test borings for foundations, and other considerations.

In each case, only the corner blocks have been drawn in. Both buildings will have much longer frontages in Grey Street, but whether these will be continued at full height is not known.

The building at left is to be erected by T. & G. Insurance, and at right by Government Life Insurance.
