Badminton

The badminton fraternity in Gisborne has been especially busy of recent weeks. Among the big events was the visit of the Australians, the North Island championships, and a visit by Waikato.

The Australians naturally proved to be the better players in their matches here, but they provided badminton enthusiasts with a first-class demonstration of the game.
