Canoeing and Tramping

The Gisborne Canoe and Tramping Club continues to flourish, and in recent months many trips have been made to rivers and hills in the district. The pictures on this page, taken by I. Openshaw, show some of the younger members being instructed in the art of canoeing in the Ruakituri River, during a "White Water" school held there.
