When a Tiger Moth aircraft owned by East Coast Air Services Ltd. crashed into the hillside near the Paparatu Station at Waingake last month, the pilot, Mr John Phillips, of Mill Road, Gisborne, was admitted to Cook Hospital with back injuries.
