M. Lincoln, Waiotahi valley, Opotiki, sends in these pictures which show the ravages of recent floods in the valley. Bridge in top picture has had eight floods over the top of it since last March, and after each flood has an extra bend in it. It is the only access to the Lincoln farm. Lower picture is of washed-out approach to bridge two miles further up the valley.
