There's always something new in cars these days. Seen in the street the other day was this natty little job, designed in Germany and made in England. It is a B.M.W. Isetta. It has a 300 a.c. 4-stroke motor, does 75 miles to the gallon, cruises at 50 m.p.h., has a 4-speed gear box with synchromesh on all gears, and costs £498.
