Operatic Cabaret

Before settling down to the hard work of producing their annual show (this year it will be "White Horse Inn"), members of the Gisborne Operatic Society enjoyed themselves at a cabaret last Saturday night.

A remarkably effective floor show based on the "Slaughter of 5th Avenue" theme was presented by the three dancers at left, Sylvia Lane, Ean Boyd, and Helen Godwin.
