Roving Camera
The retirement of a popular horse, with a fine record as a handicap performer, was marked at the Matawhero races when Finito won the Barry Memorial Cup on his last appearance here. Winner of £22,000 in stakes, Finito has been second in both the Sydney Cup and Brisbane Cup races. He is seen above at Makaraka with his owners, Mr and Mrs P. S. McColl.
