Maori Golf

A national Maori golf title came to Gisborne when Mrs P. Kaua defeated Mrs D. J. Wilkie in the women's final on the Awapuni links. It was her first success in open company.

In the men's final, M. J. Phillips (Te Awamutu) beat T. Webster (Otaki).
