Gisborne has lost its only pleasure launch with Mr Keith Bosie's sale of the "Mona Lisa" to a Tauranga buyer. The launch is pictured here during a cruise off the Gisborne coast. The island in the background is Tuamotu.

Mrs B. A. Berridge, of Gisborne, who has been admitted as a serving sister in the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Miss Winnie Lysnar is the only other Gisborne holder of the award.

Most thrilled boy in Gisborne one day last month was Graham Gordon, pictured here with Springbok Brian Pfaff. Graham wrote to Brian when the 'Boks were in Australia, so Brian called on Graham when the team arrived here.
