Record Equalled

Another perfect Gisborne day came on for the 1975 Gisborne Boys High School Athletic Programme. Some mighty fine times were recorded during the day.

David Ngatai's great effort to equal the record of 1.67 metres in the intermediate high jump was perhaps the highlight of the programme. Elation begins to light his face as he realises he has made the winning jump.
