Scouters Confer
Hawkes Bay, Poverty Bay, and East Coast Scouters attended a conference at Gisborne during the Queen's Birthday weekend, when plans were laid for "Operation Jubilee", a three-year scheme by which it is hoped to double the number of scouts in New Zealand by 1958, which marks the 50th anniversary of scouting.
