Take Two Copies...

The first copy is that of an autographed toast list from the Gisborne Rowing Club's 50th Jubilee reunion dinner held in the City Hall, Palmerston Road, in 1925. The list, which comes from Mr Alan Ogilvie of Aberdeen Road, is of much interest in view of the Rowing Club's centenary which takes place next year.

The second copy is that of the First Day Cover issued in England to commemorate the centenary of Winston Churchill's birthday, October 9, 1874.
