Anzac Aussies

When Anzac delegations from Australia invade what the "Bulletin" liked to describe as "the Shivery Isles", meaning New Zealand, they do not usually come to Gisborne. But this year the tourists did come here, and although they didn't choose a very good day, they were high in their praises of the city and district.

In a blustery sou'wester, members of the party spent a few minutes on Kaiti Hill, where these pictures were taken.
