The Gisborne Park Lady Veterans gathered on March 12 to play together for the first time. The members of the recently formed group are, of course, all members of the Gisborne Park Golf Club and, by the look of the contents of some of those golf bags, there should be some pretty low handicaps among the players. From left, in front, are veterans Nell Manefield, Peg Tregilgus, Jess Williams, Alice Stowers, Eve Purcell (hon.sec.), Ruby Townsley, Ena Carr, Flora Sword, Cis Odams and Norma Mitchell.
