With both city golf clubs opening for the 1974 season just now, this colour shot of Murray Fisher blasting out of a bunker seems appropriate for our cover this month. The Gisborne Park Golf Club opened last Saturday, February 23, and the Poverty Bay Golf Club opens this Saturday, March 2. Murray, who is a member of the Poverty Bay Club, is making his shot out of the bunker in front of the No.2 green on that club's course at Awapuni.
