Championships Bound

The Konrad-Q-Zettes marching team is the only Gisborne team selected to go to the North Island and New Zealand marching championships this season. The N.I. championships are to be held in Auckland, and the N.Z. championships in Dunedin. Gisborne is in the Hawkes Bay area and teams for the championships are selected over a series of three competitions (in the Hawkes Bay centre) held in Hastings. Napier and Gisborne. The Konrad-Q-Zettes is an un-sponsored team and the girls are very busy raising funds to get the team to the championship venues. Any donations would also be greatly appreciated.
