Top Award to Diane Blackmore
The most outstanding graduate from the Lorraine Hodgson School of Elegance this year was Diane Blackmore, who gained the highest marks overall in theory and practice. The twelve top students of the school took part in a function held in the Y.M.C.A. Lounge, where a fashion parade and dancing items were also part of the evening's entertainment.
