Historic Pageant

Once again the Mangapapa School held a very successful and enjoyable Family Evening. All the school took part in the story which was enacted in the Y.M.C.A. Stadium: The pageant, about New Zealand, started with the legendary beginnings of Maui and went through to the future in space.

After not many years, millions of sheep bounded through the country

And horses pulling ploughshares became a familiar sight.

For all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so occasionally a circus came along to brighten up the lives of the people
