Reason to Celebrate

Happy days for the Gisborne Thistle Soccer Club. They won the Eastern League competition for the first time ever and celebrated their win at their annual dinner and dance at the Sandown.

Thistle is the district's oldest soccer club. It was the first time in their 49 years that they have won an outside trophy. There should be more to come!
