The new Palmerston Galleries, operated by Mesdames Olive Hale and Effie Cumming, were launched with a champagne preview on July 18. Situated in Palmerston Road, the galleries have a wide range of antiques, with a special display room for the paintings.
Mrs Cumming and Mrs Hale pictured in the art gallery, the only private one in Gisborne.
Some of the genuine George III and George IV silverware and crystal for sale at the galleries.
