Y.F.C News

At the June meeting of the Manutuke Young Farmers' Club members of other branches were guests and they were given delegates' comments on the recent national conference of Young Farmers' and Country Girls' Clubs held recently. At the conference amalgamation between the two clubs took place and they are now known as the new Federation of Y.F.C.

At the club meeting a demonstration of meat cutting for deep freezing was given by staff members of the Economic Butchery.

Messrs Cyril Scholium, Lee Pascoe and Les James demonstrated the art of meat cutting.

Mrs Audrey McDougall of Economic showed the large attendance how the various cuts of meat could also be prepared for the table
