Angela Rutherford, who goes to the Pickering Street Free Kindergarten, makes a delightful study for our Cover this month. This week is Free Kindergarten National Publicity Week and both the Pickering Street and Rutene Road Free Kindergartens are now right in the middle of a varied programme. This Friday (June 22), each kindergarten will be holding a workshop in the shop previously occupied by Berry's Ltd, next to Kandid Kamera Kraft. Pop along and get the kindergarten idea. Sessions are from 10-12 a.m. and 1-3 p.m.
