Mr and Mrs Archie Craill, 685 Aberdeen Road, celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on May 16 with a family dinner party. The Craills, who were married at Holy Trinity by Canon Packe, farmed at Patutahi before retiring to Gisborne some years ago. The couple is pictured with some of the beautiful flowers they received. They are also shown with the telegrams that were sent, among which were those from the Governor-General and the Prime Minister.
