Family Visit
Mr Oliver Liddell and his wife Myra, of Belgium Terrace, have left for Sydney, Australia, to visit their son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Charleen, formerly of Gisborne. While over there the Liddells will celebrate their sapphire wedding, the 45th anniversary. Also while over there they will be seeing, of course, their grandson Colin.
Colin (A Former Pupil Of Gisborne Boys High School), Has Been Doing Extremely Well In The Theatrical World Recently. He Is Pictured With The Metropolitan Artists Award For The Best Male Actor Of Their Show "Bye! Bye! Birdie." He Joined The Club Only Six Months Ago. He Played Junior In "Oklahoma," First Off, And Is Now Playing The Artful Dodger In "Oliver." Colin, Who Has Applied For An Appointment With Crawford Productions (Producers Of T. V. Plays And Serials), Is An Assistant Foreman With Jeldis Ltd, Carpet Manufacturers.
