The new assistant manager at the Post Office Savings Bank is Ian Merton, who is shown here with his wife Nancy, sons Gary and Wayne arid daughter Annette. Mr Merton, who has been promoted from Auckland, started his Post Office career in Gisborne in 1950.

Mr Graham Yarrall, formerly of Gisborne, has been appointed to the position of accountant at the Bank of New Zealand, Victoria Street West, in Auckland. Graham is the son of Mr and Mrs A. T. Yarrall, 200 Rutene Road.

Brian Fox, son of Mr and Mrs Geo. Fox, 16 Fergusson Drive, is at present working on a ranch near Calgary, in Canada. Brian, who obtained his B.A. from Waikato University, intends to travel through the United States shortly.
