Vanessa in Person

Miss Vanessa Lowndes paid a visit to Gisborne recently, to see at first hand the work being done in the Vanessa Lowndes Abilities Workshop. The workshop, named after her, was established through funds donated by her father, Mr Colin Lowndes, a partner in the world famous Lowndes Insurance Company, based in London. The workshop is to help rehabilitate handicapped people.
